Return Policy

Meow Jack offers returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at meowjack1314@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
