• Cat canned food and cat feed are daily pet supplementary food, not medical supplies. They cannot replace veterinary treatment.

7. Returns, Refunds & After-Sales Policy

7.1 General Return Rule

Customers can apply for returns within 7 calendar days after receiving the package. Returned products must be unused, unopened, intact, and in resalable condition without affecting secondary sales.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and pet food safety reasons, all opened cat food, opened cat canned food, used cat litter, and damaged packaging caused by customer personal reasons are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7.3 Responsibility Description

• If you receive wrong items, missing items, or damaged products due to our shipping or quality problems, we will provide free replacement or full refund after you provide valid photo and video proof.

• For returns due to personal preference or unnecessary purchase, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
